I installed Creator2010. However, I am unable to capture video because an error keeps popping up. The message says: DVDCheckLib interface could not be created. Reinstall program.

I have installed the program twice and get the same results. Prior to installing the program, I removed all roxio programs from my computer. I don't know what to do. I am on a dell Inspiron with Vista Home Premium.

2. Try creating a new user admin account
