Every time I start Creator10, a dialog box pops up saying it is configuring Roxio 10. It then cannot find the installation package. C:\Documents and Settings\Brian\Local Settings\Temp\WZSE0.TMP\ROXIOCENTRAL_50\
If I cancel, the programme runs ok as far as I can gather. This prog was installed from a download.
It ends up saying it cannot find a network resource RCPROD.MSI
It would appear that this file is not on the computer despite searching.

Open the downloaded file with winrar or winzip (it's a self-extracting archive) unto a temp folder and the .msi file should be in there
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

Hi
Thanks for the info. Once extracted, I pointed the dialog box to it and all proceeded ok. Now I don't get the pesky thing popping up at all. Great.
Had a reply from Roxio Support but they wanted me to delete a load of Registry keys for Uninstall. Not sure whether they were on the right track, but your way sounded more logical and simpler.
