need help to install Easy VHS to DVD on a windows Vista Utlimate laptop it just keeps stopping when it installs about half the software

Windows Vista Utlimate 32 or 64?

l am using Windows Utlimate 32 bit and it stops working when l get to Installing Roxio Easy VHS to DVD Window
