Hi,

Is there anyway to set the zoom&pan for all pictures globally in a slide show? I have searched the user manual, and the websites, but have found nothing.

Currently I am setting the zoom& pan for each slide individually and that takes a long time when you have hundreds of pictures.

Thanks

Should be able to use AutoMotion in 2009, try this:

1. Click on the first image in the production.
2. Shift-click on the last image.
3. Right-click on one of the selected images.
4. Click on Auto Motion in the context menu, and click OK.

Auto Motion should be applied to all of the images at once.

What Karri has suggested works fine but the big disadvantage is the pan or zoom might not be exactly what you want and you will still have to do a lot of manual adjustments.

Auto Motion can save you time on a large production because you can apply it to all (or just some) and then go back to tweak the images that you want to spend spend time on adjusting manually.

You also can vary the effects of Auto Motion and cycle through all of its motion effects to find one you like:

To apply a different set of motion effects to all of the images, repeat the process of clicking the first image and then shift-clicking the last image that you want to include, and then right clicking on one of the selected images and selecting Auto Motion. Now Auto Motion will apply a slightly different effect to each photo.

If you are generally happy with the Auto Motion results and just want to change the Auto Motion effect on just one image:

Click on the one image to highlight it, right-click on that one image, and click on Auto Motion. This will change the Auto Motion for only the one image. You can keep right-clicking on the image and then clicking on Auto Motion until you find the right effect for the image. Repeat this process to cycle through until you find one you like.
