AFter dealing with another problem ALL DAY I now get a message telling me FILE IS NOT VALID MPEG -20402
I am assuming the number relates to the file it thinks is not valid, I would be happy to replace it if knew which one it was talking about!
All the mpegs are good as far as I can tell, they all came from the same place have the same specs.
ANYONE KNOW WHAT TO DO?

You will get a few hits if you go into search (top right) type in 20402 and search in ALL forums.
Maybe one of them will help you.

This absolutely the worst piece of crap software I have ever used bar none.
I have spent as much time trying to fix it as I have authoring a dvd. This is incedible, and the support is a joke, they just tell you to update your drivers or send them a screen shot ( iguess because they can't read) it really seems like they send you off to do busy work hoping you won't come back and bother them anymore.
