OK, I have read a hundread post here and still can't get VHS2DVD to work.
Keep getting the "NO SIGNAL" error!
I have audio but no video!
Downloaded SP2, and have the USB connected.
Red Cable with Red Cable, White Cable with White Cable, & Yellow cable with Yellow Cable!
ANY SUGGESTIONS?

System:
IBM ThinkPad T-series
Vista Ultimate
Centrino VPro
USB 2.0 "Enhanced" (tried it in all three USB Ports)
Windows Media Player (tried to download Media player 11, but it said I have a newer version)
DVD-Multi (DVD-R disk)
Internet 7

Thanks
Diana

Doesn’t sound as though it was ever correctly installed…

Download the Driver set alone and with the device plugged in but the program not running, run the driver download. – Driver

Reboot and try it.

Make sure that in the capture window you're set to Composite and not S-Video.

Do you wanna hear me beg you to take me back?
I'd gladly do it because....."

After numerious reinstalls I found the problem. The video wire on the three way split that plugs into the Roxio Video Capture USB has a bad connection. I have to push the wire in so that it will keep a signal. Due to the time frame from when I bought it and when I figured out the problem, I am hoping that I can exchange it!

Good Luck everyone!

I just chatted with a Roxio rep and they wont replace the bad cable for my Easy VHS to DVD because I bought it at Office Depot. SOOOOOO while Roxio won't stand behind their product Office Depot will stand behind their customers.

If you have a bad cable pray you can exchange it where you bought it!
