My own Creator 2010 hangs post

My install of Creator 2010 hangs when trying a simple CD copy. No errors or messages. XP Pro on a duo-core 4GB processor. Install was a pain.

What is a “simple CD copy”???
I can think of 3 programs in the Suite that would do that, so it would be best if you take us through it step by step so we know what you are doing.
Do any other programs in the Suite ‘hang’?
