I have successfully used Toast 9 and Tivo Transfer to iTunes ever since Toast 9 was released.  I have upgraded to mac Leopard and the new iTunes since I last had a successful toast/tivo export.  Now things are not working as they used to.

Currently I can use Tivo Transfer to retrieve shows from tivo.  I can then start the export to iPhone successfully.  However about 20% the way through exporting, Toast crashes.  I have tried changing the target location from "iTunes" to "Desktop" and it worked once, but now crashes everytime.

I have re-installed Toast after deleting the app and Library preferences twice now, but no luck.  Does any one have any thoughts.
