When I run the DVD, I get a message that asks what language I want to use.
Next message says "Setup has determined that your configuration will not allow Creater 2010."
My system is a Dell with VISTA, 3 G of Ram, DVD with 200 G of disk.

You need SP1 or higher of Vista. Check to make sure you have that.
