It is not a separate thing but integrated into MyDVD.

When in MyDVD and you click File – New Project, should look like this:

What’cha got in yours?

Can roxio create PS3 Sony HD format (M2TS ?) ? Or another way to create HD movie file without burning Blu-Ray disc ?

Yes but that would be better in Video Copy and Convert.

MyDVD is for burning DVD’s or BD discs. Although it could be used to make a compilation for VCC...

But I have the Ultimate version so I cannot really say what is in the Regular VCC version???
