Hi All.

I have a terrible problem with my usb flash drive.
I have a HP Mini 110-1033CL Netbook, and i loged to hp support pages to download Roxio BackOnTrack 3 Disaster Recovery Boot Utility.
After extracted it i run update.exe and used my 4GB usb flash drive to make USB Boot to Recover.
This process was successful and after i restarted i could Boot to it and see Roxio BackonTrack program.
I didn't anything, and restarted Netbook.
But after i loged on Windows, i could see USB in My Computer but i couldn't access to USB.
It said "Please insert a disk into drive D:"
I tried format by some tools and booted to hiren's boot using some tools but all unsuccessfull.
Please help me!

Are you able to read the USB drive in any different system?

This may or may not be similar:

I had a virus eat the file that identified a specific Flash drive to computers. However, I could still use that drive by going to MyComputer > Open, and clicking on the drive.

So is it that you don't have the drive identify itself, or you can't see it AT ALL?
