I just laughed at Roxio trying to get me to upgrade to the 2010. When I upgraded to EMC 10 I had paid for also a hard disc and never received the hard disc. I was able to download the newer version to EMC 10 but I had tried to email a couple of times and get in touch with sales about not getting the hard disc I paid for and never received a reply. I just figured they ripped me off and plan on never doing business with them again. A shame too as I like the EMC 10 and maybe would be interested in paying for an upgrade if they had not ripped me off. Not a good way to treat repeat customers up to that time.
I purchased the hard copy. Arrived - one DVD came loose in the package, completely scratched front and back. DVD box itself is cracked apart. Only option is to e-mail them - took four days to respond, and then it was a form letter telling me how to purchase a backup copy.
Next step: have my bank reverse the credit card charges.
What a complete scam.
