Every time I come to open Roxio creator 2009 special edition; I get the message "Roxio Creto has encountered a problem and needs to close...Sorry for the inconvenience"
I bought and installed the program about two months ago and it worked fine up untill a few days ago, now I can't even get it to open. No new programs were installed on my laptop.
I've tried douing a complete uninstall and a complete reinstall....nothing. I also have "Roxio Home Creator" on my lapatop, it works OK.
Has anyone else experienced this and if so how can I resolve?

Did you try sp4 for Creator 2009? I am not sure if it applies to the SE version but you could give it a try. Creator 2009 sp4
