I've just downloaded and installed Creator 2010 Pro. Immediately prior to doing this I did a complete uninstall of Creator 10 so as to be able to do a clean install. I also disabled my anti-virus software as well as running MSCONFIG and disabling all my startup items.
After doing the installation, I clicked on the ROXIO Creator 2010 Pro desktop icon and the following screen pops up:
Roxio Creator 2010 Pro Screen Print
Despite selecting any of the tabs on the left hand side, the body of the screen remains empty. Is the way it's meant to look?
Clicking on START->ALL PROGRAMS->ROXIO 2010->APPLICATIONS shows all of the applications having been installed.
Thanks.
Steve

That's what I was afraid of
I have in fact uninstalled Creator 2010 Pro, cleaned everything off and re-downloaded the software just to make sure there wasn't a problem with the first download that I did but re-installing after the first download came up with the same results.
I'm running WIN XP PRO Service Pack 3 on a Dell Dimension 9150 3.00 gigahertz Intel Pentium D with 4GB of RAM. Display adaptor is ATI Radeon X300/X550/X1050 Series with 256Mb of memory. Hard Drive Free Space is 118.85 Gb's. This config worked perfectly for Creator 10.
Fortunately I have ordered a backup disk althought that will take a little time getting to me. Maybe when it arrives I can do another uninstall and cleanup and do a clean install from the disk.
In the meantime I can only get to the product options via the startup menu.

I've now tried another clean install but this time using the backup disks that I had received but the results are still the same. The initial Welcome Screen comes up but there are no icons/text in the body of the screen.
I have opened up a ticket with Roxio Support but after try a number of things that were suggested the results are still the same. At this point I get the feeling that Roxio Support have washed their hands of the problem and aren't interested in pursuing it any further.
Looks like I'm going to have to check out the latest NERO offer and see how that goes
