I don't really require an answer b/c the silence in this community seems to say it all. I know one thing. I will never use this product if I can avoid it. And i will be telling my many college students to do so too.

It is kinda odd to me that there is no place I can find on this site to discuss my problems with Roxio software damaging my computer when I installed it from my Blackberry phone as I was instructed to do. Since then, I've looked on the Vaio site and was told to download a solution which did not work. So I then came here to talk to the horse's mouth about it. Yet the first thing I see is a large forum that instructs us not to discuss this kind of problem here. Yet there is no forum that will allow me to get access to the help I need. As a professor of English, the language is disturbing in the sense that it seems to avoid accountability by a company that might know about a problem that exists here but is not willing to acknowledge it.

BTW, Roxio software will not damage your computer.

Then go here were you will get other users that have that software http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/bo...DesktopSoftware
Most of the users that frequent this forum don't have this product, by going to the Blackberry site you should get some help. from people that have it.
