Purchased the Creator 2009 Ultimate in July & had multiple problems w/ downloading & install, the Net Framework issue & corrupted files & so forth. Finally on the last try I got it to install, had the CinePlayer issue , but could live w/ that. Now recently I had other PC troubles & had to do a reinstall of OS & wanted to download Creator again & it said I've reached my 10 load limit!!
What avenue can I take to get it downloaded again? I didn't create a disk copy because it never really worked to begin with. But since I did a OS reinstall, maybe those issues are resolved....
Would like to get the program back & use it since I spent over $80 bucks to get it!!
Thanx for any & all help!!

You didn't need the C2009 software to burn a copy

Yes I did read your post and all you said was ” Finally on the last try I got it to install, had the CinePlayer issue , but could live w/ that.”… You didn’t need CinePlayer to burn a copy of the download.
Did you try contacting Customer Service as Dave suggested in his post?
None of us work for Roxio so we can't wave a wand and get you a download. If we could, we would!

Going to give them a call this week & see if they'll unlock the limit for one more download. Hopefully they will & it'll work the first time
