trying to download roxio creator 2010..my computer says" my configuration doesn't support roxio" any suggestions?

List your computer configuration especially operating system video card, etc.
Do you mean install when you say download? "Download" refers to downloading the program from the Roxio website. Install the downloaded program is what you are referring to I think

That message has been reported during Install on a Vista OS that doesn’t have Vista SP1 on it yet.
