Had the video for over a year and after several calls to the backup team and following their instructions the home page of the video i.e. load photos, import photos, create projects, browse and manage media, create slideshows will not fuction only the print will work.  When \i click on the icon I want all I get is a broken rotating circle,  Any ideas before I bin the wretched thing
