I found some old pictures on my computer and they're in .pza format. How do I access these pictures?

They have been there for awhile haven't they? That is a MGI PS 4 photosuite extesion and you may need one of these to open the file.
As I read the information, those .pza files are pointers to the actual pictures that were used to create an album and not the pictures themselves. Unless you have the pictures on your computer, they are worthless.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
