I have tried using my DVD with easy media creator suite 10 and I always get 1 of 2 errors. either { ERROR :unable to load skin} or runtime error must close.....
I've tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it and I still get the error... any help would be greatly appreciated

Did this just start? Did you upgrade from XP to Vista? Have you installed anyting new lately or use a registry cleaner?
Do you get any error codes? When you did the reinstall, did you follow these instructions to prepare your computer and also do a clean install (Vista) (XP)?
Are you running your OS in the same language that you are using for EMC 10?

ok I followed the instructions you posted perfectly and I still get the same error.. ( even did the registry edit everything else it said)
when I did it this time Roxio i make me register the product ....
I am running Vista on my computer-- (it came with it)
and yes I have a registry tool... CC cleaner....
I get 2 different erros
1. Error unable to load skin
2nd error
Microsoft Visiual C++ Runtime Error
Runtime Error
Program: ....iles\Roxio
Shared\10.0\SharedCom\RoxWizardLauncher10.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in a unusual way.
Please contact the applications support team for more information
any ideas?
