Hi, I ordered the Roxio Creator 2010 pro today online and I downloaded it everything seems fine accept I'm wondering how to get access to the add on programs that come with the pro version.... Lightzone, Sonicfire, Soundsoap ext. When I made the order roxio sent me the key codes via email but no additional set up files for the other programs. Can anyone help ?

Did you forget to download the extra disk-2 ?? That's the one that has all of the extra programs on it. If it wasn't included in your download purchase for C2010 Pro, you need to contact Roxio.

No I made my order online without discs. They just sent the set up file for creator pro 2010 after I made my order but I don't see anything where I can download the additional programs.

I understand that you "downloaded" the program C2010 Pro. However my question was asking if in the download you purchased there should have been a second download, and thought possibly you didn't download it. (For those that buy the program, there are two separate disks and the one that has the extra programs on it is named "Disk-2") Again if the only download was just the main program (C2010 Pro) then I suggest that you contact Roxio Customer Service and ask them for the other download.

Here are the names of the files you download for PRO....you should save them on your hard drive if you haven't already. They are run in this order. I don't remember which file had the PRO stuff.

RoxioCreator2010Pro_HX19A010R14.exe
RoxioCreator2010ProDisc2_HW00H011C04.exe
RoxioCreator2010Content_HV13AXD0SQA.exe
