No I made my order online without discs. They just sent the set up file for creator pro 2010 after I made my order but I don't see anything where I can download the additional programs.

I understand that you "downloaded" the program C2010 Pro. However my question was asking if in the download you purchased there should have been a second download, and thought possibly you didn't download it. (For those that buy the program, there are two separate disks and the one that has the extra programs on it is named "Disk-2") Again if the only download was just the main program (C2010 Pro) then I suggest that you contact Roxio Customer Service and ask them for the other download.
