I have Windows Vista with SP2.
I reformatted my hard drives. Roxio Easy MediaCreator 10 Suite installed fine. While installing a program called "Replay Capture Suite" I was told that there were some conflicts with some Roxio files. So, I deleted Roxio and Installed the Replay Capture Suite. Then, I installed Roxio 10. Everything went thru with the installation properly and it said the installation was successful.
However, when I rebooted my computer, I could not find the Roxio files on my computer and the program did not install. I tried this 8 times with the same result.
***Before I reformatted the hard drives, both programs worked together just fine. I do not know why Roxio is not installg even though the software says that the installation was fine
Thank you

I may be missing something, but it looks like it may be a good time to contact the company who makes the Replay Capture Suite software, and ask them why it causes a problem with the EMC 10 suite.
