8800 gtx graphics
790i chipset
4 2tb hard drives
sata 0 2 tb boot windows 7
sata 1-3 2tb hds raid stripped
sata 5 lite dvd burner
sata 6 blu-ray blurer LG BH08

when i burn a cd at the time the disc is ready to close about 90% i get scsi device off line

the disc is usable in mycomputer and it appendable

just will not close with out error

things i have tried

remove PxHlpa64.sys from windows/system32/drivers

then edit regestry to so witers will install with out that driver

the error appears in creator classic 10

the package is roxio 2010

i got this one is supose to be compatable with windows 7 64bit


thanks in advance for any other suggestions i have over looked

both my drives are installed and usage to read disc and write them from windows 7 directly just not in roxio
