I have tried loading Creator Pro 2010 several times over last 3 days. Had EMC 9, but it become unusable,,, so bought 2010. Tried updates, clean installs per ROXIO instruction (to the letter) etc. Now it seems to let me get into the point I have pictures in action mode, but when I do a play prview, the pictures are blank. If I double click the pictures they are viewable in a window. Also, they are in the timeline view at the bottom.
Please help... I have a Saturday deadline for this slide video DVD...

I'm using software rendering due to a problem in rendered output, but I also have the blank preview in Videowave. Any ideas?
I'm running on a Q6600 w/ a ton of memory, an NVidia 8600 GTS video card on Win7 (RTM). THis problem came up just yesterday, prior to that, preview worked fine. Some pictures in the production do preview, but most do not. Oddly enough, the problem seemed to get worse when I lowered the resoltion of the input images to better match DVD output. I was hoping to get past some unfortunate auto-motion decisions with the lower-rez input pictures, but that didn't help at all. This is a fairly long production, automotion results are coming out pretty lame, so I'm not looking forward to doing custom p&z w/ out previews.

Clearing the proxy cache from tools>options seems to have resolved both the lack of a preview and the p&z editor problem. Probably related to my changing the resolution of the source images. Pretty basic cache management problem.
