Just downloaded the UPGRADE for 2010 pro.
I just did the upgrade but see that Drag to Disc still states it very 9.

Should I have uninstalled the old version before installing the new one? I assumed as it was an upgrade it would want to find the old version first.

Thanks
Tony

Drag to Disc (packet writing) was removed awhile back. Creator 2010 has a new feature called Roxio Burn which works similar (drag files to icon), but it writes the info to the disc completely different. Also Roxio Burn is not available within other applications like Drag to Disc.

Although you purchased an 'upgrade' , that was only for pricing. What you downloaded is the Full version of Creator 2010.

If you have several Drag to Disc archives, I highly recommend you copy all of those files to your hard drive and then back them up using Creator Classic as a regular data disc. That way the discs can be read in the future.

Not a problem... So I should
1) uninstall the new 2010 pro I just installed
2) Uninstall Roxio 9
3) Re-install the new version cleanly

Does that sound fine?
Thanks

They both will co-exist. The EMC 9 Cineplayer will be deleted by Creator 2010. I also recommend that you covert the drag to disk media and then use the Control Panel remove programs process to remove drag to disk.
