2009 Ultimate How many discs and what is included?

I purchased the 2009 Ultimate version at a local show and it came with a single disc and serial no. I saw on the web after I purchased it Soundsoap and Sonicfire are included but can't find them with this install. Was there supposed to be a second disc with these apps?

Did you buy this disc from an Authorized Roxio reseller? If so, you should approach him to get the Content disc and anything else that you are missing.

I purchased it at a computer show and the envelope only contains a single disc and serial no. If I had to guess, I'd say the seller/booth owner was not an authorized Roxio reseller. What's included in the retail package? How many discs, guides, etc?

The guides can be downloaded HERE.

The proper Creator 2009 Ultimate will have three sets of software - the PROGRAM dvd, the CONTENT disc, and one with the third-party add-ons, BIAS Soundsoap and SonicFire Pro.
