System specs: XP 64 bit OS CPU 3.0 Athelon AMD with 4 gigs of ram.  I am using Roxio Creator 2009 Ultimate version.

I have selected the UScreen option to capture streaming audio\video off of the web.  I get a uscreen unknown error everytime I try to use this feature.  Is there a bug or some setting I have not configured? BTW,
