Roxio Creator 2010 Unable to run downloaded program.

Can anyone help with this problem.
To start, a message says "Installing Roxio Creator" and then approx 5 mins later another message comes up saying "Setup terminated".

Disable your antivirus software, and shut down anything you have running at startup, reboot, and try again.
