I am using windows vista home and i just installed roxio 2010 and it is saying scsi not installed. I have done a clean install several times and I had 2009 and it was working fine

Try this.
Does Windows see your drives? If no, try this.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

did not work and yes windows does see the drive it works with every program but this one

also I can play a cd with music disc creator just can't burn one and when I uninstall 2010 and reinstall 2009 it works
