Updates were being installed for Creater 9 but now I have an error message that says "the feature you are trying to use is on a network that is unavialable." I've never had a problem updating before.
I can click "OK" to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package MyDVD.MSI. I have no idea what to do. It won't let me cancel or or stop the update. I just get this same message over and over. I have very little knowledge on the technical functions of computers so don't know how to undo what I've done. Can anyone please help?
