I just purchased a copy of Creator 10 Special Edition. When I connect my iPhone and try to import photos all the import screen shows is music files, no photos.

Just to make sure, do you have Roxio Creator 2010, or do you have Easy Media Creator 10?

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

Box says roxio creator (special edition) 2010, on the inside flaps they call it creator 2010.

Good, then when you make future posts, use the correct name for the software you have, not a shortcut, that is incorrect and confusing.

Is that trying to look at the image I posted or trying to open Media Manager?

Try a different browser - FireFox or Safari or other.  Which one are you trying to use now?
