Install Rollback Split

I have a problem with Roxio 2010....even called the on line chat and receiving the link for the clean uninstall. We've been at this for days .... even trying another machine.....
This is a brand new machine....so there was no "junk" on it to interfere with Roxio. On the install it looks ok until it gets to Roxio Venue then the green bar starts reversing and it starts uninstalling itself. The same thing happened on both machines with VISTA. Tried to go back to Creator 9 Suite....now that doesn't work either.

It is but the Topic you posted in was someone who had the Suite installed

You haven’t gotten that far so there is no relevance to that topic.

Likewise there are very few who have had a rollback problem with 2010 so there is no fix or even anything to try that I know of… That is why I suggest going back to Support would be the best course.
