hi,
I had problems with registration it would connent to the registration sever and then come up with a page with 3 Dots in a row and just stay like that. So what the problem was internet explorer security was set high and so i clicked on default and try again and it worked.

How to set internet explorer security,
Open internet explorer
Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
Click the Security tab.
Click the Internet icon, and then Click Reset all zones to default level to clear any custom settings.
Click OK.
