Hello all,
I have a pop-up window constantly occurring which says my system cannot locate the "EZARC.msi" file. Yes, it lists paths a tmp HP directory and "stuff" but I don't have the exact phrase right now, because of course now it isn't popping up! This darn thing has been occuring about every 30 seconds and is a real PIA. I don't know how the file disappeared or became corrupted, but I'd sure like to find out how to obtain a clean copy. "My Sonic" basic files came pre-loaded on my computer. The additional program I downloaded is apparently old, Creator 8 and apparently cannot be updated because it was downloaded. HELP!
error message: cannot locate ezarc.msi
