I just purchased a Dell laptop with Roxio Creator 10 Premier. I am currently running Roxio Creator 7.5. It has great photo editing. I thought the the Creator 10 would be even better and more. Unless I don't know all the editing functions yet, I think the older program 7.5 is better for photo editing. Does anyone have any experience with Creater 10 Premier?

You probably have a cut-down version of EMC 10 (if it has 'DE' in the name, that's what it is)

I doubt that V7.5 will work with that new laptop. It is not Vista compatible and if you have XP, then IE8 and mp 10-11 will make it not work.
