Hi
I purchased creator 2009 7/10/09 and after installing it I can't open the program it comes up with the same message that everyone else has encountered. I have load SP4, unistalled the programe Twice, loaded the programe on top of the old one. None of these are working any other ideas???

What message? A lot of people have had a lot of different messages.
Did you try a clean install as suggested in the pinned post at the top?
