Using Timeline Feature For matching music to photos

Hi,

Just bought the Easy Media Creater 8 Suite. Used 6 before for DVD slide shows but wanted to be able to edit audio that ran with show.

Is there a way to use the timeline element to match selected music segments with selected slides?

P.S. This is a much tougher and slower program to use than 6. I'm running a P4 2.4 with 1 gig of RAM and an NVIDA video card, about three years old, with 256 megs of RAM. I've updated the driver to the most current and have updated Divix. Running XP Pro fully up to date. Have a 200 gig hard drive with 120 gigs free.
