Run time error problems Creator 10 won't execute

Using Windows XP Pro on Dell Computer. Creator 10 shuts itself off with Run Time Error message. All Roxio fixs tried to no avail. Any help here?

First of all tell us exactly what software you have: Creator 10 does not tell us very much, that could be Easy Media Creator 10 or Roxio Creator 2010. Those are two complete different suites and over 2 years and versions apart.
Then you obviously your problem has nothing at all to do with the Venue and Qflix forum where you posted.

Your description of your problems lacks a lot of information before anybody can even attempt to help. All you have stated is, "the car shuts down after I start it". We have no idea what fixes you tried or are talking about.
