Installing Creator 2009 Problems

I have tried to reinstall Roxio Creator 2009.It has now reached the point where " Installing EMC 11 Content " is loading when i get a message "You must install Roxio Easy Media 10 before installing the content".As my pc has only ever had Creator 2009 on it and i've been using creator 2009 for 10 months with out any problems,why am i getting this message now?.What should i do next?.thanks

Having tried to reinstall Roxio Creator 2009 as my previous post states,I found what i thought would be the answer to my problem.The fix is posted here - http://kb.roxio.com/search.aspx?URL=/conte...S=set-locale=en . I followed the instructions,downloaded the patch,opened it,then reinstalled once more.The same thing happened.Where to next? Any help would be appreciated.thanks
