Are you using the RIM version or the Roxio version? If Roxio, which version?
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

Read this about runtime errors. A lot depends on what software you have running and/or on your computer. Did you turn off your anti-virus when you installed it? Do you have any other Roxio products on your computer? Go back to RIM and talk to them until they fix it.
