Media Manager 9 In Blackberry Desktop Manager, Runtime Error

Why am I getting this error? Blackberry is clueless.

Are you using the RIM version or the Roxio version?  If Roxio, which version?
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

MacBook Pro; 15.4-inch widescreen display, 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2GB memory, 200GB hard drive, 8x SuperDrive (DVD±R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW), NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT with 256MB of GDDR3 memory.  ILife 08, Toast 10, Final Cut Express 4 and Photoshop 4.

Does it come up long enough for you to click "Help->About"?  There's really no way for us to know what came with your Blackberry, you'll need to track that down for us.

Read this about runtime errors.  A lot depends on what software you have running and/or on your computer.  Did you turn off your anti-virus when you installed it?  Do you have any other Roxio products on your computer?  Go back to RIM and talk to them until they fix it.  tongue.gif  Short of wiping your hard drive.
