I purchased a download of Creator 2010 and had problems with IE timing out. Now I've tried 5 times and it has locked my out. I've now paid for something I can't get. Does anyone have the answer ? Thanks

Contact the store to have them reset the download counter. If you are having that much trouble with timing out, you might best ask for a refund and purchase the package from a retail store.
