OK so im FINALLY burning my project and im getting problems.

1.  the same project when a burn a hd image file and then load it on a virtual drive z:  if ntsc great runs fine.  when I make a pal version by changing project settings an burn a pal image of the video and then load it on a virtual drive z: the moves stutter.  Is this because my computer is not fast enough to look at pal format movies??  basic question is pal a more omputational format kind of like blue ray??

2.  when I created the project in pal and then tried to convert to ntsc I ran the validate project button and it came back with some dvd players might have problems with mpeg sound.  when I go from ntsc to pal I get no such error.

Where do you live?
Different parts of the world have different video systems. In North Ameria and some other areas the NTSC video system is used while in Europe the PAL system predomiates.

You pick the one for your area and forget about the other. Since you live in the Mt. Laurel area of New jersey you should obviously only be using the NTSC output.

Im sending these vids to the UK and Tanzania , they are safari and Kilimanjaro climb stuff and I promised my climbing partner and safari mates that I would send them my vids and pics as I had a better camera with better telephoto blah blah.... But I did hear that most pal dvd players also play ntsc so..... i dont know maybe ill send both formats to them.
