i have an instructional movie that has come as .bin and cue files.
i can't seem to get it so i can play it.
i did drag the .bin into toast 9, and it went to 'copy' function..
i put a dvd-r disk to burn, which it did.
it it did mount on the desktop, but was full of windows .exe files..
can anyone give any pointers?
cheers.

I haven't done it myself but I understand you simply add the .bin file using the Image File setting in the Copy window and burn your disc. Toast automatically matches the related .cue file.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
