Soundsoap is a bundled third party app - you'd could check with them if there is a problem really but saying that, we'd need a bit more details on your system (especially in the audio end of things)
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

Roxio 2010 SoundSoap won't install.I made a copy of cd2 so I can see if Soundsoap instals but it just hangs without any signs of instaling. It might be defective. Question How do i go about getting a replacement? I have the receipt of purchase and who should i call?

PLease turn off the caps - its hard to read your post.

This is not Roxio support, we are just users like you. You should go back to the vendor where you bought the disc

Richard,

If you have decided you want a replacement disc, you should contact the people where you bought it.

If you are wanting help with the installation you should post full details of your machine, your operating system, and what you've done to date, along with a request for help from your fellow users here.
