Video capture does not work on a 64 bit machine. I have downloaded service pack 4. Creator 2009 get and unhandled exception when th import button is hit. the same thing happens in creator 2010 Pro.

I have no problem capturing video using C2009, VHS2DVD or C2010.
You will have to give a lot more information if you want some help.
