Everything works fine in preview mode but when I start to burn some video productions, the process appears to be working OK except there is nothing in the Encoding Preview window. When the burning is complete nothing plays back on computer or TV

You will have to supply a lot more information.

What is your source video? What does "burn some video productions" mean? Where did these productions come from? What does "nothing in the Encoding Preview window" mean? Is it black, do you see anyhthing? How did you create your productions? With what program?
