My software (MYDVD10) will not launch

I purchased the new software from the Roxio website.  I installed it and it will not work!
The error message that I receive is: "Unable to load skins"  what is that all about?
The other error message that I receive is; unable to load application.

Can someone help me with this problem?

It sounds like something has been messed up somehow. You might to repair or reinstall your copy of the software.

It is also possible that you need to upgrade some part of your computer (e.g. memory), but don't worry too much about that just yet until you've checked out the repair/reinstall option.
