I am making a wedding video using 226 pictures and 5 different music files (MP3 that I purchased from my Napster account for the wedding). The video will be 30 minutes long. I am experiencing the following problems in viewing the show before I even burn the show: the entire Roxio shuts down " unexpected termination/abortion error java script errors I would appreciate a fast response. Everyone is coming to my house on Saturday to a post wedding party including the bride and groom . . . and two of the in-laws. Thank you!

A good start, to get help, would be to tell us which version of the Roxio software you have, what program, in the suite, you are using.

Also, list your system specs, similar to how I have mine listed, in my signature.

We will do our best to make Saturday a truly good day, for you, and your family.

Life is good!

You have not even mentioned what software package you are using blink.gif How do you expect any help?

On top of that, those mp3 from Napster ar propably DRM protected and you will not be able to use them in your production. You did not purchase those mp3s but only the right to play them.

What is your OS? Your system specs?

Found this in the comment section of his personal profile:

"Thank you everyone. I am new to working a computer . . not as knowledgeable as you about speaking to everyone.
I have a Toshiba/Microsoft home premium, 250 g hard drive , 4 memory. Is this correct to get help?"

Still did not answer GPB's questions re: suite, program being used, or address Myguggi's question re: possible DRM issues with Napster files.  sad.gif

Actually, I don't think mp3 files support DRM.  Any of the stores that have gotten rid of DRM have, to my understanding, gone from selling .WMA or .AAC files to selling .mp3 files, so, there's a fair chance his mp3 file is okay.

But, that said, without knowing what program and version he's using, all we can do is flounder about.
