In my task menu or under Movie menu, there is no option to add slideshow. Can anyone help?

Are you talking about this one?
Was it ever there, it might be missing in many of the OEM versions…
Simple workaround, actually a far better solution, is to create it in VideoWave and use that in MyDVD.
