how do i install easy dvd 4?

hi guys ive just purchased easy dvd copy and convert 4 and i have put the disc in and got so far and got an error saying '' network resource not available'' and asking me to find a path with ''status msi'' in and im new to this so i would be gratful for any help please xx

It seems the error is more related to HP printer software vs DVD copy and Convert. It is likely that the status component of the HP software is broken which Windows Installer is trying to fix when initiating the installation. You might want to try re-installing the HP Printer software and then try installing DVd copy and convert 4.
